QEHS Graduation 2026

Tuesday, June 2 | Graduation Ceremony 

Place: The Jubilee Auditorium 

• Ceremony begins at 10:30 am and graduates are expected to arrive with their gowns, stoles, caps, and tassels no later than 9:45 am
• Paid parking is available at the Jubilee Auditorium
• Please plan to finish taking photos prior to 9:45 am or take photos after the Ceremony so that students will have enough time to line up and get their gowns and stoles checked by staff.
• The Grad Ceremony fee is $90 and was assigned to your MyCBE account Thursday, March 19. This fee covers the associated costs of the ceremony (venue, gown, guest seating, program printing, etc).
• Guest seating is included, and tickets must be reserved through Ticketmaster. The reservation site will be live Tuesday, April 14 at 10:00 a.m.  Please use this link: https://www.ticketmaster.ca/event/11006487A1987170 The code is your child's CBE ID number. There is not a limit to the number of tickets reserved.
• All outstanding fees must be paid to have access to Ticketmaster to reserve guest tickets (including ceremony fee and all other school-based fees). Payment for all fees was due by Tuesday, March 31. Only those accounts with no outstanding fees will be included in the initial setup. There will be a delay of 5-10 business days between payments made in your MyCBE account and being able to access the Ticketmaster system if payment is made after the March 31 deadline.
• To ensure you can reserve your seats at The Jubilee as soon as the ticket system opens, please pay your fees now.
• If your child is 18 and has not signed a “Consent to release information to parents” form, you will not be able to access their information in PowerSchool (including your MyCBE account).

Tuesday, June 2 | Graduation Reception 

Place: WinSport 

• Reception runs from 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
• Includes hors d'oeuvres and beverages, a DJ, dancing, slideshow and photobooth
• Families are welcome to attend the Reception; all attendees will need to purchase a ticket ($85) through their student’s PowerSchool account.
• Tickets for the WinSport Reception went on sale May 4. 

Grad week:

• Graduation Rehearsal:  May 29 from 10:15 - 12:00 pm in the Senior Gym.  We will be going through important information regarding the Ceremony, doing a run-through of crossing the stage and providing students with their gowns, caps, tassels, and stoles.  This is a mandatory rehearsal for all graduates to attend.
• Song requests for the WinSport Reception can be made on the Grad D2L Discussion Post - the discussion post will be open until May 20
